Deleting an account in the app

To delete your account in the application, you can use two available methods.

  1. You can personally delete your account in the app using the instructions below.
  2. Submit a request to the administrator to delete the account.


Self-contained deleting an account in the application

  1. Log in to the application using your login and password.
  2. Go to the "Profile" section.
  3. In the profile section, click on the graphic Profile Settings in the upper right corner, which will take you to profile settings.
  4. In the "Profile Settings" section, select "Delete Account".
  5. After clicking "Delete Account", follow the displayed instructions.


Sending a request to the administrator to delete the account in the application

To request account deletion, please send an email to tech@4goal.app with the subject "Deletee my account". In your email, you will need to provide certain personal details to help us locate your account, such as your login or nickname. Remember, sending sensitive information (like your password) via email is not secure! If you're using an email app, you can click the "Send Email" button below to automatically create this email.

Remember that by deleting your account in the application, you delete all your existing data and lose access to them irretrievably. The following types of data will be deleted:
